What’s Hot At The Mobile World Congress – The World’s Largest Gathering For The Mobile Industry
From February 22 – 25, new products in the mobile industry will be showcased at the Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona, Spain. It’s the world’s biggest and most influential mobile event organized by GSMA. Last year’s event drew a record breaking 94,000+ attendees from 200 countries.
Filling us in on these new tech developments is Emmy Award Winning Tech Expert, Katie Linendoll. Katie will help us navigate through the latest tech trends and share tips about your most used device. To kick things off, LG is unveiling their highly anticipated new smartphone, the LG G5, one day prior to the international event on Feb 21st.

About Katie Linendoll: Best known for her role as a tech contributor on the TODAY Show, you can find her contributing to other outlets exploring the latest tech stories across the world.
In 2015, she was honored to be named a visionary in Silicon Valley during the 18th Annual SVForum Visionary Awards. In years past, that distinction has gone to Bill Gates, Elon Musk and Tim Draper.
She holds a degree in Information Technology New Media from the Rochester Institute of Technology. After graduating, she worked behind the scenes for ESPN, winning an Emmy Award for her work on SportsCenter. She was nominated for another Emmy for her work as co-host (aka the tech host) on A&E’s We Mean Business, a program that helped revamp small businesses across America. She also hosted a pop, gaming and tech show for Spike TV.
In her career, she has contributed over 60 pieces to ESPN on sports tech, worked as a contributor to CBS and CNN and written for various outlets and different types of media, including Shape Magazine, Oprah.com and E! and has produced several professional WWE pieces for Sports Illustrated and Men’s Journal.
