Hand Hygiene Expert Dr. Jim Arbogast Shares Tips for Staying Healthy This Cold and Flu Season

Earlier this cold and flu season, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advised that the flu vaccine might not be as effective as it has been in previous years. Therefore, it’s more important than ever to practice everyday hand hygiene to prevent being stricken with a cold or the flu.

Dr. Jim Arbogast is available to share tips for preventing the spread of germs and what people can do to protect themselves through the end of the cold and flu season:
